Congratulations to our U18 and U12 netball teams who played against Rye St Anthony on Wednesday 2nd Feb. The U18 team had a tough game but played some excellent netball to win the match 10-6. The U12’s also looked good and did some fantastic shooting, winning the game 10-1.

Congratulations should also go to the U14 netball team, who played this week, beating St Helen’s 26 – 12. As well as this weeks fixtures there have been other netball successes for OLA this term.

The Year 8 netball team played Rye St Anthony on Tuesday 18th Jan, and the Year 7 A&B netball teams played John Mason on Wednesday 12th January. Both fixtures ended in some great results!

The Year 8 Teams did well, with the ‘A’ team winning 12-0 and the ‘B’ team winning 5-1. 

The Year 7 Netball teams also did well, with the ‘A’ team, captained by Ella Sissons, winning 10-3. They played some excellent netball and deserved the win. It was the ‘B’ team’s first match and it was a very close game which finished with us losing by just 2 goals.
