Technology
Technology is a new subject which has been introduced into Year 7 this year in the form of robotics. Pupils have been designing and making mechanical robots. The design technology course will continue into Year 8 next year and ultimately will be available as a GCSE and A level course as well. The programme for these years is under development and new specialist facilities will be built.
