Request a Prospectus

If you wish to apply for a place for your daughter or son, please submit the following documents to the Headteacher

1. A completed registration form and fee (£60)
2. The completed Application Form
3. A copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate (if appropriate).
4. For children already at a school, a copy of a recent school report.

The signature of a parent or guardian on an application form is an undertaking to conform to the conditions and regulations of the school. Application forms may be obtained by contacting the school office: info@olab.org.uk or completing the prospectus request form:
